Many of our products are made to order and have a 5-7 day production time. Your shipping estimate begins after this production time. If you chose "Non-Trackable" shipping we are unable to provide any tracking information in addition to what our site already shows you. Please note that shipping insurance is available at checkout. If you do not purchase shipping insurance we are not liable for any damage or mishandling by the postal service. We are also not liable for stolen packages. We highly recommend you purchase shipping protection on ALL orders to ensure a smooth process. 

Missing or undelivered packages must be reported within 30 days of the last scan for domestic shipping and 60 for international. We will not consider a package lost inside of those ranges.
